Group Sleep Classes

Sleep is personal, yet there is value in addressing it together. In group sleep classes, I guide health and wellness professionals who want to elevate their education for the clients they serve and also for themselves. These classes are also available for the general public. My favorite part about teaching in group settings is the aha moments, laughter and togetherness that arise from the environment.

One week prior to our session together, you will receive a digital sleep journal to print for everyone in your group. Honing in on sleep before class brings people in with heightened awareness and curiosity.
